COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

TRUE GRIT

This program is a game changer! This is a 45 min program that will see you pushed to your own limits.

For this outdoor program you will need your own equipment – we recommend 2 x Dumbbells or 2 x Kettlebells that are equal weight.

If you’re up for a challenge bring your heavy stuff! The whole concept is to make you a stronger human. So be prepared to be challenged!

METAFIT SESSIONS

A short and but effective high intensity, interval style workout involving a series of body weight exercises.

Metafit training can be adapted to all fitness levels. You will require a mat at this session, water and a towel

METAPWR SESSIONS

A 30 min, metabolic resistance workout combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout. You will require a mat at this session, water and a towel.

BOOTY / CORE SESSIONS

A conditioning style workout offering a mix of lower body and core conditioning moves to strengthen and tone. You will require a mat at this session, water and a towel.

MUMS MOVEMENT

Mum’s Movement group training for all ages and stages!

Sometimes after having a baby the gym is not appealing or leaving your children in the crèche services provided just isn’t for you.

That is where Mums Movement can help you get back into exercise. You can bring your baby with you. Booking is essential.
